One-off payments

Packages are paid once and don’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the date shown in your account.

When we refund

  • If you were charged twice for the same package.
  • If you ask within 7 days of paying and haven’t opened more than one mock exam.
  • If a technical problem on our side stopped you using the package.

Crypto and voucher payments are refunded in the same form where possible. Network or redemption fees can’t be refunded.

Your rights under local consumer law are not affected by this policy. To ask for a refund, email hexforgebuissness@gmail.com from the address on your account.
